TERMS OF PAYMENT

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and other login credentials secured, and for all your purchases activations services requested in other transactions conducted through your registered online account. Any purchases and wallet transactions made using the service shall be deemed legitimate request from the customer whom the online account is registered. You must immediately advise LISA if your account information is compromised or they a reason to believe it is compromised.

LISA shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of a customer’s online account details. You will receive an SMS/test message advising of your registration to use the service and confirmation of each purchase and wallet transaction made using the service.

Your LISA wallet allows you transfer and cash out your funds in partnership with MonCash (eMoney) and SogeXpress (Cash).

LISA shall not be responsible neither have access to the accounts limits and specs marketed by these two (2) entities.

MonCash has two (2) wallets: Mini Wallet (HTG10,000) and Full Wallet (HTG75,000.00). For the number of transactions allowed on each type of wallet, go to the MonCash APP or call 202.

SogeXpress has the right to request an ID to anyone doing a transaction in one of their points of payment. Their minimum required amount for cashout is 50 Gourds.

LISA does not guarantee, represent or warrant that your access to the service will be uninterrupted – error- free or operable at all times or during any downtime caused by outages to any public internet backbones, networks or servers, caused by any failures of your applications, equipment, systems or local access services, for previously scheduled maintenance or relating to events beyond LISA’s control such as strikes, riots, insurrection, fires, floods, explosions, war governmental action, labor conditions, earthquakes, natural disasters or interruptions in Internet services to an area where the network servers are located.

LISA may change, suspend or discontinue any advantage related to the LISA wallet at any time. LISA may also impose limits on the use of or access to certain features or portions of the service, in any case without notice or liability.

You agree not to use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the service, or with any other person’s use of the service.

You may not represent that you are someone else or impersonate any other individual or entity or manipulate information in order to use the service.

To complete any wallet transaction, you will be required to give a consent that you have understood the terms of this service. you should not use the service if you do not agree to any of these terms.
